Course overview

Course description

The course will help you to practise grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency in the essential language as well as key exam techniques.

This course will help you to improve your spoken English skills to help you to pass your IELTs test.

An IELTS test result is trusted by governments, organisations, and institutions across the world.

You will be given plenty of opportunity each week to answer IELTS style questions in class alongside others and learn how to progress and develop your answers. You will be given feedback and suggestions to help you improve your score.

As IELTS will require a good level of English, we may recommend that you take other courses alongside this one if we think they will be necessary to help you succeed.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to help you achieve your ambition of working, studying or moving to a country where English is spoken.

This course is tailored for non-native English speakers who aspire to excel in their education or professional journey to a country where English is the native language.

Benefit from knowledgeable tutors who are dedicated to guiding you through the preparation for the IELTS speaking exam, ensuring a solid foundational understanding.

The IELTS test assesses Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. You will have the opportunity to complete an IELTs reading and writing course too if you haven’t completed them already.

This course is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority.
