Tracey Irving
Externally Co-opted Trustee, Scotland Board Chair
Tracey has significant HR, General Management and Strategic experience as a Senior Leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Tracey has operated as an HR Professional across various sectors, starting her career in House of Fraser, prior to moving to the Financial Sector working in UK and Global Banking institutions, leading teams across the UK and Europe.
She has also worked in the Energy, Maritime Sectors, and privately owned organisations and was a Senior Member of the Organising Committee for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Tracey has worked with several organisations shaping Transformation Programmes, Organisational reviews, significant Merger and Acquisitions, start-ups, she has also undertaken roles out with HR, to undertake operational roles. She has experience of working with Public Sector, Private and Charity Organisations. She has worked closely with Government, MOD, Army and Navy, while undertaking specific projects.
Tracey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal & Development and a member and holds a PG Diploma in Human Resources and Employment Law. In recent years she studied at the University of Edinburgh Business School, attending a specialist Executive Leadership Programme.
